We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Chicago. In this position, you will assist our Legal team in all legal matters the company faces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research, review/analyze documents and other information
• Collaborate with the legal team on all legal matters
• Assist in document review in discovery phase
• Assist in analyzing litigation strategy and proofreading documents
• Manage case files and assist in trial preparation
• Managing administrative tasks, such as organizing and saving documents
• Attend consultations with senior management and General Counsel

Requirements:

• Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
• Must have some legal experience as an intern or cerk
• Must have technological background
• Must be able to commit minimum 30 hours per week in office during normal business hours
