Responsible for in-person and online submission of application paperwork to secure licenses and permits for the City of Chicago, other licensing jurisdictions in Illinois and other states. Duties also include assisting attorneys and preparation of forms and documents, legal research and support with projects on an as-needed basis. Must be proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Position entails interaction with clients and governmental agencies, so a professional demeanor and excellent communications skills are needed. Must be organized, detail-oriented, proficient at multi-tasking, proactive, and work well under pressure. Expect regular travel from O’Hare office to downtown via CTA. Must work well in a small office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
