- E-filing approved documents on various court portals
- Provide attorneys support
- All other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
3 years of administrative assistant experience, working for multiple attorneys.
- Estate Planning experience preferred
- Probate experience preferred
- Trust Administration experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
- Ability to organize, multi-task, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and exhibit excellent follow-up
- In office 4 days a week
