Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision of the Human Resource Manager, coordinates and maintains the activities of the Department's Human Resources staff and office process. Answers section's telephone calls; responsible for receipt of section's mail-opening and distributing; responsible for section's filing and maintains various filing systems; responsible for copying documents as needed; assembles packets for distribution during routine and special projects; assist with scheduling and proctoring testing for agent applicants; assists with Department's random drug testing program; assists with other clerical and secretarial functions as needed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma and three (3) years responsible clerical or administrative experience; extensive experience with use of computer.
