Alikai Health, ahigh-growth Medical Device company is seeking a motivated individual for an AccountManager (AM) Position. This entry level position offers tremendous growthopportunity in the Med-Tech space, representing our proprietary InfraRx™ productas well as other Pain Management and Rehabilitation products focused onInterventional Pain and Orthopedic physicians treating musculoskeletal conditions.
Account Manager Summary
The AM will report directly to the Vice President of Salesand will have a strong focus on supporting and growing existing accounts. The AMmust be able to build strong relationships with providers and medical staff,discuss clinical efficacy of products and provide instruction on usage topatients.The AM must be energetic,well-spoken, eager to help patients and our clients.This position will cover the Eastern half of Pennsylvania.Key Responsibilities of this position includeprocessing sales orders, introducing new products, providing instruction topatients, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, setting up appointments andopening new accounts.
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
·Collaborating with the Director of Sales tomaintain and grow existing accounts
·Reciting clinical knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitationand therapy equipment
·Taking and entering sales orders into Brightree HMEsoftware
·Utilizing a consultative approach for findingnew opportunities in existing accounts and introducing new products
·Understanding prospective customer needs andoffering solutions and support
·Presenting and delivering information topotential clients
·Answering prospective client questions
·Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterlyperformance and sales metrics
Regional Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
·Bachelors Degree Required
·Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; the ability to call, connect and interact with patients, customers and potentialcustomers
·Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendlydemeanor
·Self-motivated and self-directed
·Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage timeefficiently
·Ability to work independently and as an activemember of a team
·Strong computer skills, including MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
