Job Title : Service Desk Technician
Schedule : REMOTE
Wednesday-Friday 1pm - 10pm PST, Saturday & Sunday 8am-5pm PST
Duration : Open-ended Contract
Job Description :
This person will be providing 1st level phone support to the workers in the Data Center located in Las Vegas. They will be working remotely but will need to go onsite here and there to physically fix any issues;
they will have an engineer from the Infrastructure team partnering with them remotely to walk them through the resolution.
Will mainly be networking and server issues they'll be working on.
