- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network administration, mobile devices, and desktop support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain TCP/IP networks, including routers, switches, firewall, access control, and cameras.
- Assist with the administration of Active Directory and SCCM.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize remedy ticketing system to track and manage support requests.
Requirements:
- Previous 2 years experience in a similar field technician or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile devices, desktops, and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network security concepts.
- Experience with SCCM and Active Directory administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, Sage and SAP.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
