As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our clients' specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Duties:
- Design and develop responsive web applications using React, Express, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security measures to protect data and user information
- Conduct thorough testing of websites and applications for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or after deployment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Experience with system architecture design and implementation
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or jQuery
- Experience with deployment tools like Ansible or Smash
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
