Job Description:
As an Internet Customer Support Help Desk Representative, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will interact with customers by email and phone to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for internet-related issues, including connectivity problems, account setup, and software and hardware configurations.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teammember for resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement in customer support operations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably in an internet service provider or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality support to customers.
