Responsibilities:
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Included but not limited to:
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
Conduct open houses
Doorknock target areas for new business
Attend networking events
Attend client events
Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales
Regular work activities:
Driving buyer clients to homes
Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria
Maintain contact with all buyers
Qualifications:
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Self-motivation and drive
Great communication and social skills
Past sales experience is preferred
Active Real Estate License
At least 6 months of Real Estate experience is preferred
People person willing to help clients
Friendly personality
Naturally a self-starter
