The Hub Ops is Hiring a Remote B2B Sales Manager

The Hub Ops, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a driven and outgoing B2B Sales Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for visiting local businesses, SMBs, and brick-and-mortar companies throughout Ohio. You'll educate them on the importance of having a strong online presence and market our website design and marketing services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients within your assigned territory in Ohio.
- Prospect and connect with local businesses, explaining the benefits of our website design and marketing solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase how our services can help businesses grow online.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing new clients for The Hub Ops.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or web design industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and their impact on local businesses.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with Ohio's business landscape a plus.
