Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with insurance companies to secure ABA authorizations.
• Efficiently process and manage denials.
• Diligently follow up on unpaid claims or outstanding balances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve claim issues, effectively communicating with relevant parties.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in behavioral health and Medicaid billing, including areas such as ABA, speech, and occupational therapy.
• Skilled in ABA credentialing and authorizations.
• Strong proficiency in computer usage, including portals, Microsoft Office suite, email, scanning, and faxing.
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative.
• Strong communication abilities, particularly with remote team members.
• High school diploma (required).

Position Details:

• Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
• Day shift
• Salary Range: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
