Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Regional Outbound Manager is responsible for the development and performance of a team of assigned Residential Inside Sales Outbound Professionals.
They staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values.
In addition, they establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. The Manager will also be responsible for all aspects of our webform lead management across all marketing, including overseeing / developing / reporting all activity within our lead management system - Sales Exec.
Key Performance Indicators :
Annual Outbound BST Target, Lead Close Rate, Lead Conversion Rate, Sales bundle Rate, Lead response targets, Call Quality, Call handling within service levels, Staffing levels, and VOC .
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Develop winning objectives for the call centers’ day-to-day activities.
Hire, coach and provide training to Inside Sales outbound colleagues.
Meet and exceed baseline sales targets for self and assigned team.
Ensure lead response is within division targets.
Evaluate performance, identify trends, communicate insights and propose actions to address.
Work closely with Quality Assurance(QA) to improve QA Scores : identify improvement opportunities and compliance in executing the company’s designed Inside Sales methodology.
Ensure team achieves a monthly call quality score above 75%.
Effectively manage sales follow-up activities, making sure Residential Specialists are following up on all Proposed / Proposed and Sold / Proposed within 24 hours.
Assist in conducting productive Sales Meetings and Sales Training Meetings focused on skill development and improving performance.
Assist Inside Residential Specialists with difficult calls, including, but not limited to, cancellations, billing inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Support Inside Residential Specialists with Sales Action Plans and redirect activities to ensure improved performance.
Assist the National Director of Inside Sales - Residential in launching new Residential offerings and making sure Inside Residential Specialists are current with certifications for the right to sell products or services.
Ensure the assigned team communicates necessary preparation details to customers and documents the job essentials in the company operating system to ensure successful installations and relationships occur with field Specialists.
Proactively identify and initiate outbound campaigns to create new lines of revenue.
Support Acquisitions as they migrate into Rentokil, ensuring a consistent sales process and a uniform customer experience.
Comprehend sales data and compile reporting as needed.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY :
Required Experience :
Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
Successful experience as a sales team leader at a rapidly growing professional services organization
5 years’ experience as an Inside Sales Supervisor, Outbound Supervisor, Sales Leader, and / or Sales Management, with a mix of business-to-business and business-to-customer in a professional services sales environment
3 years in sales leadership Inside Sales Leadership experience
Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals
Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Proven success in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics :
Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Four year college degree from an accredited institution required.
