Description:This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers.Job Duties include: Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, documenting customer concerns and problems, updating and changing account holder information, basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence.You have an opportunity to join a local leader in transit technology that is excited to welcome you aboard their growing Customer Service team.
