We are working with a national Accounts Receivable Management firm in Harrisburg, PA. We are currently seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, offering training and room for growth!
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team! In this role you will be working to educate clients on delinquent bills, offering payment options, and taking payments!
Responsibilities:
· Handle phone calls from clients and credit bureaus
· Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment plans
· Informing clients of any assistance programs available
· Place reminder calls to clients
