We are currently seeking experienced healthcare call center representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from patients to determine requirements, answer inquiries, and
• resolve issues
• Provide accurate information
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Respond to emails
• Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• 2 years in customer service
• Healthcare call center experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F 8am-5pm
• Pay: $17.00 /hr
• Location: On-site
