Renu Solar and Roofing is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent specializing in scheduling sales appointments.
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Utilize effective communication skills to educate customers about our solar and roofing products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment scheduling targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
