TempExperts is hiring for a Receptionist to join a prestigious company located in the Oldsmar area!
The Receptionist will assist internal team members, and external clients and residents by providing the following:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Organize and schedule appointments for the company.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Provide broad support to all visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Function as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Exemplify professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company!
- Experience in an office in a support position.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to lift 5-15lbs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish desired, but not required.
