Job Summary :
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving insurance company for an Insurance Customer Service Representative position in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have their FL 4-40 Customer Service Agent License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or provide updates.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- FL 4-40 Customer Service Agent License (Required).
- High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of general insurance underwriting policies/procedures and adherence to compliance guidelines as set forth with individual carriers.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems - EZ Lynx.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate effectively with others in a teamwork environment and with the public.
- Identifying and resolving problems.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Flexible Schedule/ Hybrid Schedule.
