Position: Office Administrator

Pay Rate: $22-24/hour

Location: North Scottsdale

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm

Description:

The Office Assistant is committed to providing premier client service while performing a wide variety of assignments in a team environment. The Office Assistant has good communications skills, the ability to prioritize workloads and maintain the kitchens and office supplies for the office. General duties include managing space reservations, point of contact for facilities related issues and providing on site Information Technology (IT) support as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Position requires time on feet and moving around a lot. Comfortability giving unexpected, informal office tours for clients. Stocking, making sure conference rooms are tidy and neat. Ordering food for the office, scheduling meetings for personnel. Other incidental tasks such as contacting maintenance if a light bulb goes out.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years tenured experience in most previous role, in an administrative/front desk or Call center Customer Service setting. Experience includes: ordering food, office supplies, booking hotel stays and limited trouble shooting for office equipment. Very little to no call volume at all. Phone line rings into different locations across the region. Will typically only have to answer a call if other locations do not get to it.
  • GED/HS Diploma
