• Job Title : Patient Access Receptionist
• Pay : $18-$22 / hr (based on experience)
• Location : Roanoke, VA
• Shift : 8-4 : 30PM (M-F)

A Day in the Role : The Receptionist will be checking in patients, getting intake paperwork completed, insurance cards, checking out patients, scheduling follow up appointments, collecting any financial payments at the end, verifying eligibility, calling patients to schedule appointments for initial evaluations, answer phone calls (they get over 100 inbound calls a day).

• Greets patients and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner
• Obtains patient demographic information and accurately enters and update
• Schedules patient appointments and ensures that all required follow-up is complete
• Confirms future appointments following
• Verify insurance from clients
