Located in Milwaukee, Tax Airfreight, Inc. is a marketplace leader in providing transportation and logistics service solutions throughout the greater Midwest United States. We employ over 250 employees within 5 operational facilities in the Midwest area (Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota).
We have a great opportunity for a proactive, take charge individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the HR team as a HR Manager! This role is responsible for providing a broad range of HR services in support of business objectives, with emphasis on benefits, reporting, HRIS, analytics, employee communications, and employee relations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related
- 7 years broad based HR generalist work
- Strong experience with benefit management preferred
- Payroll experience a plus
- Experience with ADP WFN a plus
