System One is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an industry-leading company in the Rochester, NY area.

Job Description:

This position will ensure that administrative processes required to complete orders and process shipments are completed in support of various departments at the facility.

Job Summary:

• Scan and save work orders and purchase orders
• Process a low volume amount of purchase orders
• Submit invoices to customers
• Process new vendor and customer submissions
• Oversee office visitors and delivery activities
• Act as the office emergency single point of accountability
• Champion 6S activities
• Manage office supplies and ordering
• Other administrative activities as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience
• Ability to operate scanning equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees, management and customers
