Description
AP has an excellent opportunity to support the President and staff of a not-for-profit organization. This downtown facility needs your expertise to assist this organization as they continue to provide invaluable services to the Rochester area.
If you want to work on a team of compassionate, intelligent, and driven individuals, you will want to hear about this opportunity.
This role will afford you to work 20 hours a week. They are flexible to a 3 or 4 day schedule with Monday and Thursday being required.
The 20 hours will be worked between 8 : 30-5. Pay is up to $23 hourly and parking is paid.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Performing administrative duties including typing, filing, labels, mailings, scheduling meetings,
ordering supplies.
during rehabilitation and construction.

Assisting with events and marketing materials for the organization's products, projects and
programs.
Education
Associate’s degree
Experience
Prior experience performing administrative and clerical tasks (Minimum of 2 years)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Access, Excel, Power Point
and Outlook
