Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is Hiring a Senior Account Executive Near New York, NY

Description

You are passionate about translating scientific knowledge into meaningful stories.

In this role, you will be a key team member for two dynamic accounts that have diverse PR programming including data and regulatory milestones, corporate communications, advocacy relations and disease awareness campaigns. You will:
  • Provide strong client service
  • Contribute to earned/paid media tactics, influencer program materials and data/science milestones
  • Develop content across brand and disease state programs, including but not limited to social media content, videos, website copy, infographic and brochures
  • Coordinate and provide direction to the creative team, the Research & Analytics team and other agency resources
  • Manage the client LMR (legal, medical and regulatory) review process of all materials
  • Provide overall project management, including call agendas, recaps, project trackers and results reporting

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, accountable, go-getter who is proactive with both client work and their own development

Desired Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • Strong writer (across multiple types such as media materials, digital content, client emails/presentations) and clear verbal communicator
  • Experience with external/internal content development, project management/tracking, billing and account management, regular client contact and collaboration with partners/vendors

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
