Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Maintains the general ledger, reviews financial statements, researches accounts, and analyzes financial records.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepares and posts journal entries, performs account analysis, intercompany balance reviews.• Analyzes revenue and expenses to ensure proper recording and prepare monthly account reconciliations.• Analyzes physical inventory variances and prepare reports to facilitate management review.• Assists with month-end close and consolidation processes and prepare support for auditors.• Performs cash management duties, including reviewing wire transfers/bank check, completing bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash and accounts receivable balances. Process and coordinate credit card reconciliations monthly.• Prepares payroll entries such as PTO Accrual, wage transfers, and wage allocations and reconcile payroll reports and source data.• Researchs unusual fluctuations in financial data by performing variance analysis.• Engages with Pharmacy, Rehab and Lab leadership regarding monthly financial results. • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 1-3 years
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
