Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in medical insurance eligibility. Prior knowledge of how to contact insurance companies and do payer follow-up for collections. Prior experience in management is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:Preference would be a professional individual that has prior Management skills, customer service skills are absolute, must be able to call patients or insurance companies to get payments or resolutions to accounts.
Job Description:
As manager of the business office, you will need to work with all staff, regarding schedules, attendance, making time sheet corrections fill positions when staff calls out.
Will need to review the outstanding accounts receivable and make sure collections are timely.
Work high dollar accounts and specialty items that requires tracking.
Establish and work with staff on objectives to make sure cash collections are timely.
