"**This is a Work Experience position available through EmployNV Youth Hub. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined." Duties •Conducting the event planning process •Client contact, communication, and intake according to policy •Impeccable customer service •Collaborating with other team members, such as Event Planners or the Special Events Coordinator •Maintaining the future events calendar •Ensuring a successful event and event attendees are satisfied •Liaising with the business development team and various departments •Planning multiple events •Planning public and private events •Helps in reducing the cost of running events •Assists in securing the best venue for the event after considering the event's budget, purpose, and the pedigree of the expected guests •Makes certain that merchandise for the event is adequately supplied •Prepares financial report on an event •Attends to inquiries that may be made by clients •Secures appropriate entertainment for the event considering the purpose of the event, expected guests, budget, etc. •Carries out a follow-up with clients to find out their level of satisfaction with the planning and final execution of the event •Provides the client with a copy of the final financial report for his/her perusal •Carries out a follow-up with invited guests on their level of satisfaction with the event.
