WANTED: Customer Service Representatives

No experience? No problem! We provide you with scripting, materials, PAID training, and onboarding. We will give you all the tools and training you need to be very successful!!!

BENEFITS:

• $15 - $17 an hour commissions
• Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, No Weekends!

This position is responsible for:

• Answering calls from existing VSC and Home Warranty customers
• Maintaining up-to-date information on products and services
• Aid customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding claims
• Work with admins and finance companies
• Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
• Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers
• Other tasks as assigned

• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Great focus and attention to detail
• Ability to present oneself well over the phone
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
• Home & VSC Warranty Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Must be able to be licensed by the State of Missouri (application process and fee supported by company)
