BeeCovered is looking for an experienced, responsible and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full time position.

Responsibilities

• Makes outgoing calls, answers inbound calls and/or e-mails to provide information requested in a professional and courteous manner for resolution of inquiries.
• Knowledge of procedures in auto, home claims and policy administration areas.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable support to our clients by being well versed in our policies and procedures.
• Have a working knowledge of the systems used to answer inquiries;
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned;
• Complete call-back’s to customers in a prompt timely matter.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers;
• Ability to learn and utilize computer systems and other technologies;
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred;
• Ability to manage own time while prioritizing multiple tasks;
• Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem;
• Excellent customer service skills.
