We are looking for a sales representative who can manage accounts, make sales, provide friendly and professional customer service both in-person and online, and who are open to learning a new skill! Our team assists customers both online and in-person, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable making the first move and keeping our customers happy through each changing day. Other job duties may assigned depending on the daily workload. These duties may include tasks such as tidying the showrooms, designs and layouts, verifying that all customer orders are correct and not missing items, inventory checks, helping in the warehouse as needed, and more.

Spanish and English is preferred.

Sales experience preferred.

Minimum of 3 years customers service experience preferred.

Design2020 experience is preferred but not required.

We may be opening a new location that may have Saturdays included in the hours. Need someone willing to work Saturday's if our hours change.

DAILY DUTIES:

Design and Layout Assistance.

Driving sales In-Person, via Email, and over the phone depending on the daily workload.

Providing outstanding customer service for both sales purposes and to de-escalate any concerns our customers may have.

Providing product information to our customers to ensure they understand what they are purchasing.

Maintaining business relationships with pre-existing and new customer accounts.

Managing customer information and invoices via Quickbooks Online.

Inventory checks for customers looking to place an order or for the General Manager as needed.

Collaborating and coordinating with our warehouse team depending on the daily workload.

Other Duties assigned as needed depending on the daily workload.

REQUIREMENTS:

Related sales experience for at least 3 years preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be persuasive
Energy and focus to be goals and results-oriented
Excellent organization skills
This job requires 2 weeks of training.
