SunPath is Hiring a Solar Sales Representative (High Commissions) Near Orlando, FL

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to drive solar adoption across diverse markets? We seek a dynamic Solar Sales Consultant to join our new sales team in the Orlando area. This is an outside sales position.

Company Overview:

We are a new Solar company launching operations in Orlando and looking for key individuals who want to take the next step in their careers. The company founder has worked in the Solar industry for six years and created SunPath to deliver value to consumers transparently and ethically. The solar industry in the United States has suffered due to overpricing and harmful sales agents, to the point where many people reject the idea of solar for fear of what a bad sales rep can do. We were formed to counteract those problems and offer a new and refreshing style to sales that comes from a deep respect for the client and a wealth of knowledge of the products and the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Canvas assigned territories to identify and cultivate potential leads for solar energy systems, ensuring a steady stream of engaged prospects.
  • Appointment Management: Close appointments set by you, by field marketing efforts, or by the online marketing team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to system activation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

*** Conduct all sales activities Ethically, with integrity, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a related field such as solar, home improvement, or residential services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and a passion for sustainability is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working outdoors and in residential neighborhoods.
