Job Responsibilities for a REMOTE Customer Sales Representative!

• Must have active listening skills to partner with the customer to understand and process their request.
• Resolving billing concerns, handling policy change requests, and guiding families through the process of filing for benefits and more!
• Represent the company by providing an excellent customer experience.
• Help customers secure coverage by actively providing additional products to ensure the protection of your family's needs!

Job Requirements for a REMOTE Customer Sales Representative!

• High school / GED
• Must have a quite isolated workspace free of distractions.
• Must maintain a dedicated hard-wired phone line.
• Strong work history - no more than 5 jobs in the last 10 years
• Must pass a background check
