Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and business development. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This position involves outside sales and account management, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities and engage in proactive business development efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience in account management is advantageous

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
