• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive sales growth through effective strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with installers, office staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and build client relationships, upholding our commitment to quality service.
