Salary: Commission Only - Directly reflective of sales performance, offering significant earning potential. We will provide you with leads, however you can earn a higher commission for leads you source yourself.

Role Overview: The Solar Sales Leader role is pivotal in driving Solarvironment’s market presence and sales volume. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for renewable energy. This position focuses on individual sales performance, with the freedom to innovate and pursue sales strategies that align with Solarvironment's commitment to ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example through the direct sale of solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of solar products and incentives to educate customers on the benefits and savings associated with solar energy.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and developments to enhance sales pitches and provide current information to clients.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering potential referral business.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the solar or renewable energy fields.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in an accessible manner.
• Strong ethical foundation, with a commitment to conducting business honestly and transparently.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize sales opportunities.
