Position: Sr. Manager, California Partnerships
As Study Smart Tutors Sr. Manager, California Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our California Partnership Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play an important role in developing and implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. 

Job Responsibilities: 
● Lead, mentor and motivate California Partnership Managers – 70% 
○ Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and performance updates to Associate Director of Partnership Development 
○ Collaborate with Associate Director of Partnership Development to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth 
■ Monthly target setting and review 
■ Monthly sales tracking and pipeline review 
■ Weekly check-ins with CA sales team 
○ Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner 
○ Recruit, train and onboard new sales team members as needed 
● Manage Internal Sales Resources – 10% 
○ Proposal templates and other sales collateral 
○ Salesforce reporting 
● Department Meetings – 5% 
○ Conduct weekly virtual CA sales meetings 
○ Quarterly in-person target team meetings, as needed 
○ Annual in-person department meetings, as needed 
● Direct Sales Support – 15% 
○ Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred 
● Experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting sales targets, education industry preferred 
● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies

● Strong leadership and management skills 
● Excellent communication 
● Salesforce experience 
● Ability to travel as needed (primarily within CA) - 25% to 0
● Knowledge of educational systems and tutoring practices is desirable

● Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team 
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Salary and Benefits 
● Full time benefits 
● Base salary of $80k- $100K of commission based OTE 
● Flexible to work remotely within CA
