Key position functions include:

• Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
• Provide phone support to Branch Manager, Sales Representatives, and Service Technicians
• Greet all visitors
• Responsible for purchasing all office supplies for the branch
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, assist with MRs, and work with other administrative personnel to ensure all required paperwork is submitted
• Create and maintain office organization (well files, shipping documents & purchase orders)
• Responsible for getting approvals and entry of credits into the system for processing
• Ensure personnel safety and training certificates are up to date
• Ensure all shipments and deliveries are received

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• 2-5 years of administrative experience
• SAP experience a plus
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
