OFS Administrative Associate

Force Pressure Control is seeking an Administrative Associate to work in its WTX facility in Midland, TX.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations.
  • Complete all required documentation and data entry including but not limited to customer requestions, asset management software, daily operations documentation, general administrative documentation.
  • Assist with service tickets and monthly reporting
  • Maintain working knowledge of district product and service offerings
  • Assisting finance with billing and invoicing;
  • Any other duties and projects required by management.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items;
  • Strong knowledge of software systems, as well as Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills;
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team;
  • High level of time management skills;


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of similar work-related experience;
  • Oil and gas experience an asset;

The Administrative Associate position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
