What is a ‘Partnerships Executive’ ?

Working as part of the partnerships team is a unique position in the company that incorporate our two core functions; sales and campaign work. Our team works with partners of STRAIGHTIN to supplement their services with our knowledge and expertise of Linkedin.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with other successful marketing companies and departments to incorporate our knowledge and campaigns into their marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity not only to create and execute lead-generation campaigns but also to build up your own client base!

Who are we looking for?

This role could be something a little new to you, so don’t worry if this isn’t something you have direct experience with. All we look for is a growth mindset, a few transferable skills and some useful experience….

  • At least a year of experience in a Sales or Client management focused role
  • Confident and comfortable talking to people of all seniorities
  • Previous experience in marketing is a huge plus but not essential!
  • Highly organised and self-motivated!
  • Team player and comfortable collaborating
  • Adaptable and dynamic
  • Driven to work your way up and develop your career
  • A fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you away
  • Positive attitude and outlook

Your Responsibilities

This is a very dynamic role, and your responsibilities will grow with you in this position. You can expect your day-to-day tasks to surround; account management, client management, lead generation and sales.

As you begin your time in this position your time will focus around…

  • Managing client accounts
  • Executing campaigns via Linkedin
  • Understanding the metrics and indications of a successful campaign
  • Creating lead generation campaigns
  • Managing and building relationships with clients
  • Working towards fixed weekly and monthly targets

And as your experience develops and knowledge increases, you will then begin to look at reaching out to and selling in your own clients…

  • Lead generation for new partnership clients
  • Introducing StraightIn’s services to new potential clients
  • Completing full sales cycles and onboarding new clients

Location: Chicago

_Salary: Starting at $40,000 ( performance based bonus)
Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday)_

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
