This is a Full Time opportunity and the company operates on a Hybrid model in Chicago, IL.

Account Manager Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate solutions and project development, facilitating communication between internal departments, clients and external vendors.
• Provide day-to-day client contact and run update meetings
• Manage new project timelines from design to production for on-time delivery, compliance and quality.
• Expedite project approvals and resolves discrepancie
• Prepare and disseminate quotes and order acknowledgments to clients

Account Manager Requirements: 

• Experience in retail in-store merchandising and marketing preferred and a passion for technology.
• BA/BS degree or 5-7 years of comparable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Workfont
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• A strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
