An international equipment servicer and supplier by the Wood Dale, IL area is looking for a Sales Representative Liaison who is responsible for acting as a liaison between sales associates and dealers.

This full-time and direct hire position offers growth opportunities within sales.

Sales Representative Liaison Responsibilities :

• Facilitate communication between company sales staff and dealers to ensure smooth completion of sales orders.
• Generate reports including Salesforce forecasting, inventory management, sales history, and market analysis,
• Act as a liaison for dealers, providing support on pricing, inventory, order status inquiries, order processing, and contributing to annual dealer evaluations
• Additional duties as assigned

Sales Representative Liaison Requirements :

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience
• Prior technical or machinery knowledge is a big plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality
• Microsoft Office Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 10 pounds, lift in excess of 10 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.

You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
