Position Overview
The Account Manager develops business partnerships generating hospice and palliative referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. This role serves as the agency staff representative with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, community agencies and hospitals. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall development and referral growth of assigned territory.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional evenings needed for special events (1-2 times/month)

Required Experience:
Requirements for Account Manager position
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales or marketing with a proven record of achieving performance goals
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
