This position provides an opportunity to be a part of the BCDCP team providing administrative support for staff located throughout the state.

What you’ll do:

• Answer and direct all calls to the BCDCP main line
• Provide support and organization to BCDCP staff
• Provide support and back up to the BCDCP Training Coordinator
• Provide administrative support to the BCDCP programs
• Provide back-up support to BCDCP's Lead Administrative Support Assistant
• Update and maintain office supply inventory

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in areas that include, but not limited to,
• Computer software knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook
• Customer service and professional phone etiquette skills
• The ability prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• The ability to pay close attention to details.
