What we need from you:

• Experienced - 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role. Human resources experience is a plus!
• Education - You are a recent graduate or about to graduate from college with a business degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Tech-Savvy - You are technically savvy of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Professional - A 'we' over 'me' attitude that results in extraordinarily happy employees
• Work Ethic - Go above and beyond with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

The Position:

• Maintain HR records: personnel, benefits, HRIS
• Scan paper, personnel files, and digital files
• Provide assistance to HR Director, HR Manager, and Owners
• Answer phones, email correspondence, etc.
• Schedule and book requests for conference rooms
• Provide backup for mailroom and front desk as needed
