Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing Human Resource (HR) functions, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, training and development, oversee benefits administration and leaves of absence, strategic planning, performance management, audit and legal, and general personnel administration. Must support the mission of St. John’s and all its initiatives in a clinic and community environment.
