Speedy Medical Supply, LLc is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Near Springs, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and organization
- Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
