```Duties```

- Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and tests.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays.
- Maintain electronic medical records using NextTech
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.

- cross train to work up patients and do some medical imaging- can be trained for this on the job and no certification needed

```Experience```

- Proven experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks.
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle emergency situations such as contacting emergency services or assisting during medical emergencies.
- Experience with phone systems in a medical environment is a plus

Pay: $17.99 - $21.67 per hour
