Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Duties:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Experience:
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care.
