Unique Wellness Center is currently seeking the talents of a highly skilled and experienced female OBGYN Certified Medical Assistant Bilingual (in Spanish) to fill a desired position at our medical practice located in Broward County, Florida. We provide a comprehensive array of treatments and OB/GYN services to enhance the wellness of women in all stages of life.

You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments:

Responsibilities:

• Handle all clinical duties in a timely manner to keep the medical facility running smoothly
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Collecting patient’s medical history
• Preparing the patient for their examination
• Measuring vital signs, like temperature and blood pressure
• Assisting the gynecologist or obstetrician during appointments and procedures
• Performing laboratory tests like sample collections, and blood draws
• Providing information to the patient about their medications, special diets, or anything else they’ve been prescribed
• Use/clean of autoclave to sterilize instruments
• Scheduling procedures and surgeries
• Proficient use of EClinical Works to record data and all patient medical information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
